Home Inspections
All home inspections are performed with the same systematic attention to detail. Photos and notes are taken throughout the inspection, and every part of the home accessible is carefully evaluated. Once the inspection is complete, you will get a debrief with Inspector Katie, where you will learn the key take-aways from the inspection. By the end of the day, you will receive a full report documenting all known issues, as well as comprehensive documentation of the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. You’ll learn about what items need attention immediately, and which ones you may be able to put off for a year or two.

Home Maintenance Inspections
Home maintenance inspections are given the same attention to detail as a pre-purchase inspection. They do, however, come with different benefits and challenges. Click through here to learn more.

Testing
Available testing currently includes asbestos and lead in water. Samples are taken at the site and hand-delivered to trusted local laboratories. You will receive results in 2-5 business days, depending on the test.
